In late 2007, it was announced that as a result of AB-32 (the California Global Warming Solutions Act) over 800 California Businesses will be required to implement carbon dioxide tracking, management, and optimization software... and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Twenty five other states are following suit, and Federal legislation is in the works. The net result is a huge need for new enterprise software.
